Bob Wiegand is AV-Rated "Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell, and represents businesses and individuals in complex business disputes, including cases involving breach of contract, partnership disputes, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, commercial and residential construction, real estate, defamation, and employment matters. He previously served as COO, Managing Shareholder, and chair of the commercial litigation section of a prominent large business litigation law firm.  Reflecting the excellence of his practice, Bob has been chosen nine times by his peers as a Thomson Reuters' Texas Super Lawyers from 2015 - 2023, an honor accorded to the top 5% of attorneys in the state of Texas, and before that was a 5-time recipient of Texas Rising Stars honors from 2004 - 2009, recognizing the top young lawyers in the state. Locally, Bob’s peers chose him as one of D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers” five times from 2018 - 2022, and in 2006 as one of D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers under 40”.

Bob received a J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1994 and a B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 1991.
